The first appointment is spent examining you and working out where the problem comes from. The treatment plan grows out of that, never the other way round.

Physiotherapy works on muscle, joint and movement. Podiatry covers everything that starts at the foot. Quite often the problem runs through both.

No treatment starts without an examination first. What it involves and how long it runs depends on what we find, and it is discussed with you before anything begins.

There is a long-standing Torrevieja group behind us
